How do I cancel my subscription?+
Open Settings → Billing and click 'Manage subscription'. You'll be taken to a secure portal where you can cancel, switch plans, or update your payment method. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
How do I request a refund?+

I was charged but my plan didn't activate.+
Webhooks usually take a few seconds. If your plan still shows as inactive after 5 minutes, email support@auragptai.digital with the email you used at checkout and we'll fix it within a few hours.
Can I change plans?+
Yes. On the Pricing page, pick a different tier — the change goes through the customer portal and is pro-rated automatically.
Where is my conversation history?+
All your conversations are saved to your account and available under Chat. We never train AI models on your conversations.
How do I delete my account?+
Email support@auragptai.digital from the address tied to your account and we'll delete it within 7 days. Active subscriptions are cancelled as part of the process.
