These terms govern your use of Aura AI. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.
1. Who you are contracting with
Aura AI (“Aura AI”, “we”, “us”) provides this AI chat service. When you use the service, you enter into a binding agreement with Aura AI.
2. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, subscribing, or continuing to use the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Aura AI. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to:
- break the law, infringe intellectual-property rights, or violate anyone’s privacy
- send spam, malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system
- scrape, probe, or interfere with the service’s security or integrity
- resell, redistribute, or circumvent the technical limits of the service
- generate illegal content, deepfakes intended to deceive, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, content designed to harass real people, or content meant to facilitate violence or self-harm
- jailbreak, bypass safety filters, or use outputs to build a competing AI service
5. Generative AI — your responsibilities
You are responsible for the prompts you submit, for verifying the accuracy of outputs before relying on them, and for having the rights to any content you provide as input. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise).
We may filter, refuse, or restrict outputs, and may suspend accounts that repeatedly produce or attempt to produce prohibited content. Rights-holders can request takedowns by emailing support@auragptai.digital.
6. Subscriptions, billing, and payments
Aura AI is a paid subscription service. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel from your account settings or via the payment provider portal at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Payment, billing, tax, and invoicing are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. For full payment terms, see Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
7. Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for details and how to request a refund.
8. Merchant of Record disclosure
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
9. Intellectual property
Aura AI, including its software, branding, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your subscription is active. Subject to your compliance with these terms, you retain ownership of the inputs you submit and the outputs generated from your prompts, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Service availability
We work hard to keep Aura AI available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. You may stop using the service at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account.
12. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (such as lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill). Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the service in breach of these terms, or your violation of applicable law.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in the app. Your continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the seller’s jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law in your country gives you the right to bring claims in your local courts.
