Refund Policy

We want you to love Aura AI. If it's not the right fit, we'll make it right — no hard feelings.

Time frame

You can request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date or your most recent renewal. After this window we are unable to issue refunds for completed billing periods, but you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

How to request a refund

Refunds are handled by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all Aura AI purchases. You have two simple options:

  1. 1Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout. Click "Request a refund" next to the relevant transaction.
  2. 2Or email our support team at support@auragptai.digital with your order email and a short note. We'll process your request within 1–2 business days.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Eligible for a refund

  • • Requested within 30 days of purchase or renewal
  • • Technical issues that prevented you from using Aura
  • • Accidental or duplicate charges
  • • You're simply not satisfied with the service

Not eligible

  • • Requests made more than 30 days after the charge
  • • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
  • • Excessive or abusive usage clearly outside normal patterns
